CREATIVE CORNER PROGRESS CONTINUED!

November Round-Up! After School Clubs…... November seen the beginning of the second part of our after school clubs get underway for the term. The pilot of our new coding club finished its first 5 weeks, which was a great success. Our new block-based coding programme assists children in programming language to create their own interactive stories, games, and animations. We're super excited to role our new club out across Northern Ireland along with 5 other new clubs.

CREATIVE CORNER - We made further progress with the creative corner and announced a number of new partnerships which will help to create content for our new clubs. The new partnerships include The Belfast School of Performing Arts (BSPA) and The Art & Design Factory (Sinead McDermot). The 6 new clubs being added to our provisions are, LEGO, Arts & Crafts, Coding, Musical Theatre, Speech & Drama & Science (STEM).

CURRICULUM SUPPORT PROGRAMME – Our brand new high five programme has been active in primary schools from September, where primary 1's have been learning about different animals (WAU) whilst learning how to dance. Teachers from across Northern Ireland having been delighted with this new addition for their foundation pupils.
